NTSB report: Amazon Prime cargo jet came in high and fast before Miami crash
Federal investigators say 21 Air Flight 7598, a Boeing 767 flying cargo for Amazon Prime, was high and fast when it overran Runway 30 at Miami International Airport on Sept. 6, killing five people in an airport work van. The NTSB's preliminary report also found no evidence speed brakes or thrust reversers were deployed.
