Say hi to the bot
Open @PaigePaparazziBotin Telegram and tap Start. The bot sends your chat's settings to you in this private chat, so it needs to be able to message you first.
Add it to your group or channel
For a group, tap Add to a group above, or add @PaigePaparazziBotthrough the group's Add Members like any other member. You need to be an admin of the group.
For a channel, tap Add to a channel above and make @PaigePaparazziBot an admin with permission to post messages.
Pick your news
As soon as the bot joins, it sends you the settings in your private chat. Tick the sections your chat should get and choose how important a story must be, from a score of 50 up to 90.

That's it
Every new story that matches your settings is posted to your chat as it breaks, at most 4 an hour so your members never get flooded.
Changing your settings
Type /feed in your group at any time and the bot sends the settings to you again. Only the chat's admins can change them. If your group has several bots, Telegram may write it as /feed@PaigePaparazziBot, which works the same.
To stop the news, remove the bot from your group or channel.
