XRP Hangs On at $1.19 as Ripple's Robinhood Deal and Bank Charter Land
XRP is clawing to stay above $1.19, down 1.35% on the day, while Ripple stacks business wins: a Robinhood partnership for RLUSD and final OCC approval for a national trust bank. CryptoBullet sees a Wave 3 setup, but the chart says the $1.18 line has to hold first.
XRP is trading near $1.19 and down 1.35% on the day, per CoinCentral, with the token pinned just above Friday's intraday low of $1.1772. The candle that matters is the daily close: drop below $1.18 and the next stops are around $1.15, then $1.10 and $1.00. Hold the $1.18–$1.20 zone and the first wall of resistance waits at $1.25, with the $1.30–$1.35 band behind it.
The momentum gauges aren't cheering. The Relative Strength Index sits at 34.10, close to the oversold line at 30, while the MACD line at -0.0384 is running under its -0.0346 signal line. The histogram reading of -0.0037 is only a small negative, which leaves room for either story. Zoom out and XRP has been printing lower highs since it got rejected at the $1.55–$1.65 resistance zone in early October, and it also slipped below a rising trendline near $1.40 that had propped up the recovery from August's $1.00 low.
Ripple, meanwhile, has been stacking wins on the business side. On October 27 the company announced a partnership with Robinhood to push its RLUSD stablecoin into retail and institutional services, covering distribution, institutional settlement and treasury management, with RLUSD expected in Robinhood's main app later this year. Ripple also landed final approval from the US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to set up Ripple National Trust Bank, a vehicle meant to support stablecoin reserves and digital asset custody. Add a settlement plan with C2FO for supply-chain financing that runs on the XRP Ledger and RLUSD, aimed at faster payment for businesses that collect invoices early.
The spot XRP ETF crowd is being choosy. Alpha Finance data shows the US funds pulled in $8.4 million of net inflows on October 29, after $3.6 million walked out the door on October 26, and the tracker logged no net flows at all from November 3 through 5. Since launching in November 2025, the ETFs have banked roughly $1.73 billion in cumulative net inflows, with Bitwise's fund doing the heaviest lifting at about $679.5 million. Over the last 30 sessions, they added about $60.8 million.
On-chain, DefiLlama's November 6 snapshot shows the XRP Ledger chewing through about 4.58 million transactions in 24 hours across 56,458 active addresses, with decentralized exchange volume at $5.42 million. Total value locked in DeFi protocols sat near $36.7 million. The network's stablecoin market cap slid about 9.9% over seven days, landing at $962 million.
Analyst CryptoBullet is betting the pain is nearly over. In a post on X, he said he likes XRP at these levels, argued the Wave 2 correction may have ended and floated the idea that the token could be at the very start of Wave 3. He attached one condition to the call: a breakout above the 350-day moving average in the coming weeks. Until that happens, the $1.18 line is the number doing all the work.
