CZ to Musk: 'Please stop' trolling after major hack, 'show a little support'
Binance founder CZ is telling Elon Musk to "please stop" trolling in the wake of a major hack. In a message flagged by @WatcherGuru on X, he tacked on a pointed request: "Show a little support." The public prod drops two of crypto and tech's loudest names onto the same tense thread.
Binance founder CZ wants Elon Musk to ease off the gas. According to @WatcherGuru on X, the crypto exchange's founder told Musk to please stop trolling in the middle of a major hack. Then he made the ask plain: show a little support.
WatcherGuru flagged the exchange as breaking news, which suggests it landed while the situation was still raw. The account tagged the underlying incident only as a major hack, without naming a target, a victim or a dollar figure.
The nudge lands on Musk's own platform, where he is both the owner and one of its most prolific posters. CZ built Binance into the world's best-known crypto exchange, so a public swipe from him carries weight with the trading crowd watching the fallout.
WatcherGuru's post did not include any reply from Musk, and it did not spell out which hack CZ was reacting to. For now the details stay thin even as the back-and-forth goes public.
